Can we detect when is the image completely scrolled in vertical direction?

Description
Using DirectionalViewPager to swipe images in vertical direction but can we get any event through which I can come to know that image is completely scrolled and reached the end in case of landscape mode and image is large enough to scroll in vertical direction?
