Description
If i scroll zoomed photo in ViewPager and try back to photo not scrolled fully.

Can this behavior is improved?
I think it because we set requestDisallowInterceptTouchEvent to false for parent. But i can't find solution how to enable requestDisallowInterceptTouchEvent on scroll back.
