The Code of Conduct still says [INSERT CONTACT METHOD]

`CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md:39` still has the Contributor Covenant placeholder:

> Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the community leaders responsible for enforcement at **[INSERT CONTACT METHOD]**.

So the policy names no route for reporting anything, which is the one thing in it that has to work.

Found because barakoBrew carried the same line, copied across in the split, and a review bot caught it there (BaryoDev/barakoBrew#57). barakoBrew now points at `arnelirobles@gmail.com`, which is already the address `SECURITY.md` gives for private reports in both repositories, so no new address is being published.

Worth using the same one here, or deciding on a different route and using it in both.

Open CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md at line 39 and compare its reporting route with SECURITY.md and the corresponding barakoBrew issue. Confirm the maintainer-selected route, then replace the placeholder and verify the policy no longer contains it and matches the chosen contact route.
