Create bot dashboard

Suggestion from @axejintao to increase bot usage analysis / provide more visibility

i'm curious since once we have bots online i think it would be really nice to be able to kind of have a place where you can go and see a dashboard for like

- all bot balances
- all bot gas usages
- all bot average harvest timing
- all bot historical $$ moved (both allocating into strats + harvested yield)
- total bot system tx count
- total bot system eth spent

then we could translate that into a formulaic way given we know our # of users

- person hours saved
- gas saved
- average return improvement (harvest apr => apy given bot harvest frequency vs. yearly apr)
