Description
Need to port over the earn bots that batch deposit requests and deploy them into sett strategies from badger-system to this repo.
1. Port earn bot code for all active setts to python-keepers
2. Deploy earn bots to k8s
3. Get earn bots whitelisted(?) if necessary
