Build a Token Gated Virtual Event system

BadgerDAO regularly runs office hours and other events where community members are able to join, listen in, and even participate with questions and concerns around the topic being discussed. We have an active community member that passes out [POAPs](https://poap.xyz/) afterwards, the problem is that verifying that someone attended an event takes manual work.
- 50 or more people regularly join the conversation
- 50 to 100 people claim POAPs on a per event basis
- On average less than 10 unique individuals will speak in any give event
- Enabling live sentiment checking and voting for holders would allow for more participative governance
- POAP tools, the sushiPOAP bot, and collab.land may all provide value in your search to complete this bounty

We’re looking for an app or system that:
- Lets a group of people have token-holder gated events
- Allow for audio and/or video participation
- Ideal system would be extensible, could live on our site and push across other streaming channels like youtube, discord, twitter, or other.
- The system should evolve to allow for token based voting in the app, it should enable very easy delivery of an asset such as a POAP after an event, ideally we would have a poll during each event and participation in that could be sett as the gate for a POAP, any user could be allowed to receive a poap
- Access level granted based on holdings:
1. Listener- can hear or see, doesn’t have to hold want, can be turned off, can vote in a poll if it’s not set to require a `want`
2. Voter- holds `want1` and can participate in polling
3. Speaker- holds `want1`, `want2`, etc or has received a delegated invite from someone with `want3`
4. Moderator- holds some type of record of the event `want3`, may be an individual or a group of individuals

An acceptable submission will be something that can gate access to video conferencing based on a target asset “want”, it will also allow for simple polling to be done where the poll would either lock out viewers without the “want” asset, or would differentiate between poll votes coming from participants versus viewers. The submission should be live on a dummy website and have a clear path to implementation on the BadgerDAO website.

We will pay 200, 50, 25 Badger to the top 3 functional submissions. We will pay an additional 400 BADGER and provide at least 400 BADGER more in further work on the product, if we are able to successfully use any of the submissions to run the sorts of events described about without a lot of technical detail and a reasonable degree of community satisfaction. Note that the people testing this submission will not be technical in nature, so it should be deployed somewhere and include a readme on how to use it. Start by reviewing POAP tools, the sushiPOAP bot, and collab.land for token-gated access, event participation, polling, and POAP delivery. Build and deploy a dummy website with the requested listener, voter, speaker, and moderator access levels, then document testing and the path to integrating it with the BadgerDAO website.
