Please add the option to trigger an "Alarm" upon notification

If the phone is on silent/vibrate mode, there is not the ability to make one notification make a sound persistently (alarm).

Please add the ability to trigger an Alarm.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Tried the trigger "alert" option.

I was a heavy user of buzzkill before, but it needs Play Services to run. So I started looking for replacement.
This is the only notifications app that has the actual potential to be robust without also requiring google services.
There are a few crucial features (the above being one) that make an app like this really shine for users, I hope this can be added.
