Feature Request: Notification reminder

I currently use https://github.com/httpdispatch/MissedNotificationsReminder to remind me of missed texts and calls without having to constantly check the phone. However, the app haven't received any updates in a while, and can only be configured to remind you of all the notifications from any app. This becomes an issue with certain other messaging apps.

I would love to see continuous reminders on a configurable interval be added as an action to NotiFilter. I could then choose to only be reminded about notifications matching a regex.
