[Question/Configuration/Bug?] Unable to Add Forces from `Warhammer Fantasy 8th ed` folder

Hello! I've recently installed BattleScribe 2.03.21 for the first time and am struggling to add forces from the `Warhammer fantasy 8th ed` folder. I've downloaded [whfb.latest.bsi](https://github.com/BSData/whfb/releases/download/v0.2.54/whfb.latest.bsi) and can see the files I would expect in `C:\Users\{me}\BattleScribe\data\Warhammer Fantasy 8th ed` but when I create a new roster and click `Add Force` the popup `Add Force` modal doesn't appear.
I *can* add forces from different editions (7th, 4th) from this repo and have also had success adding forces from https://github.com/Ergofarg/Warhammer-Fantasy-6th-edition/releases.
Any guesses on what's going wrong?
