**Description:** Warhammer 8th edition dwarfs
Battle Standard Runes missing Rune of Battle, Rune of Sanctuary, Rune of Slowness
Also unable to assign runes to battle standard bearer, get error (Battle Standard Bear has 1 too many selections of rune x {maximum 0})

I have uninstalled and installed the program to see if that would fix it, but it looks like it is an internal rules issue for the program.

Outside of this issue, I really like Battle Scribe, but this makes the builder nearly unusable for a dwarf player.
