**Description:** grand masters are allowed to carry a lance for 7 pts
the option for lance is in the current build but the max is set to 0 and should be 1
i changed this in the data editor but should be added to the next update

Open Empire - 8thBRB_8thAB.catz in the BattleScribe data editor and inspect the Grand Master lance option. Confirm that the option currently has a maximum of 0, then update the maximum to 1 and verify that the lance is available for 7 points in the next data update.
