BattleScribe v2.03.21.166
In the most current version of the O&G army book (22/03/2021, date of posting), there seems to be a limit of only 1 Goblin Wolf chariot.

Either i've completely overlooked something or this seems to be a bug? As normally you should be allowed to take 3 counts of a special unit in your army.
(The goblin chariots even allow to have a total of 9 in your army, if you take units of three each.)
