**Description:** All factions could use thier special rules added. Either to the individual ship pages or more ideally, as a rule area like done with the WH40k 8th edition pages.

Open Battlefleet_Gothic.gstz and compare its faction data with the WH40k 8th edition pages mentioned in the report. Identify how special rules are represented there, then add the missing special rules for all factions to the appropriate ship pages or rule area. Done means the file contains the requested rules consistently for every faction.
