A couple issues with the marks of chaos
- the chaos God specific fleets should be limited to only their gods marks
- the marks of chaos should only be available to ships that have a commander on them or are demonships. This might make sense to be an upgrade on the commander not the ship.
- the forces of chaos upgrades should be specific to ships and limited to one's with marks
- the nurgle ark of pestilence upgrade should only be 5 points.
