OFF BY POWER

If the driver pushes the power pedal such that the vehicle would drive faster than the setspeed, the ACC must allow this.

Test: Check that the power pedal value is directly transmitted to the vehicle if the ACC state is OFF. Check that a power pedal value that would not accelerate the vehicle is ignored as long as the ACC state is ON. Check further that it accelerates the vehicle if it is high enough.
