OTEL telemetry to reduce agent handwaving

Example of an OTEL dashboard I use to make sure the AI GM is not making up things and is actually running the mechanics.

Note the row labelled 'rag' is pointing to an actual problem.

This allows me to see a channel Claude does not have write access to, compared to logs or output files, which it does. That allows easy checking on whether it actually DID it.
