Openings in panel duplicate and remain after translation update.

#### Description:

When panels are moved in a model, the original panel openings remain in their previous positions, while new openings are created in the updated positions. This results in duplicated openings for panels after updates. Please see the attached image for visual reference.

#### Steps to reproduce:

1. Move any panel within the structure in the Robot Toolkit.
2. Observe that panel openings are left at their original position, and new openings appear at the updated position of the panel.

#### Expected behaviour:

Panel openings should update their position along with the panels, and original openings should be removed. Only the openings in the correct, updated positions should remain.
