Robot_Toolkit: REFERENCE USER SECTION DATABASE

Currently SectionDB Enums allow reference to UKST and AISC, could the generic user database "RUSER" be added to this list? or possibly the ability to manually reference a specific user database?

Functionality to reference multiple databases (standard and non-standard) may also be useful but separate push instances could be used.
