Revit_Toolkit: add option to set framing parameters after location

#### Description:
Following @JosefTaylor's request, it would be good to be able to create the framing element along its driving curve and set the parameters post factum, so that the driving curve of BHoM `IFramingElement` represented the driving curve of the Revit location, not necessarily its location in space.
