RFEM_Toolkit:Fail on re-push section properties

#### Description:

pushing section properties twice results in error; at least if the sections are custom/non-native to RFEM.

#### Steps to reproduce:

using the test file: activate the push, deactivate, then re-activate - 2nd push fails with a 'key not present in dictionary'-error.

#### Expected behaviour:

Pushing same elements twice shaould not cause an error even if these are custom profiles not native to RFEM.
