#### Description:
between v7.3 and v8.0, the location of the base python environments have changed slightly, meaning that the new RemoveEverything method does not remove the old folder. While it is possible to manually do this, it would be better if the method fixed it automatically
(ideally, the BasePythonEnvironment method would also check for this and remove the old environment)
#### How to replicate:
install bhom version 7.3 beta, then run BasePythonEnvironment. Then install bhom version 8.0, and run RemoveEverything. Check the folder BHoM/Extensions/PythonEnvironments/Python_Toolkit and the base environment will still be there.
#### Expected behaviour:
RemoveEverything also deletes the contents of BHoM/Extensions/PythonEnvironments to ensure that everything is actually removed.
