Add support for projected loads

#### Description:

This is limited because we are unable to query the `dirType` from the `IFLoading` object:

`IFLoading.getValue("dirType")` returns an empty `string`.

The ability to push projected loads is currently in place.

Start by reproducing the empty result from IFLoading.getValue("dirType") and trace the projected-load support already in place. Confirm what dirType should return for projected loads and verify the completed behavior through the existing loading and projected-load workflow.
