Add method of comparing multiple/2 EPW files and returning meaningful results

Determining which file to use for a project is a pretty common task. A means to comparing two files to determine which is the more appropriate should be added a some new functionality.

For now this could include frequency histograms for key variables to check for value distribution, similarity scores (if comparing more than one - like a comparability matrix per key variable).
