Inclusion of Black formatter as an action in GitHub

What are the chances of implementing the workflow described here - https://black.readthedocs.io/en/stable/integrations/github_actions.html to prevent the diffing of developer-side auto-formatted code. It looks simple enough to set-up, but I'm not sure if we've got the ability to run actions by default.
