#### Description:
Add a c# wrapper for stacked diurnal plots:
* Create a new `ExecuteCommand` that takes a list of `EPWKey`s and colours, along with a DiurnalPeriod
* Create Execute logic to handle this
* Create bhom/wrapped/plot method to handle this
