Feature to turn off BHom temporarily in Grasshopper

I would like to request a function to turn off Bhom temporarily in Grasshopper. There're some other plugins that has conflict with BHom (particularly the function of automatic pop up everytime a wire is drag and drop). Uninstallation is too inconvenient and the conflict affects user workflow so I think being able to turn BHom off is a good solution

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Grasshopper integration that triggers BHoM's automatic pop-up when wires are dragged and dropped, then determine where a temporary on/off control belongs. Done means users can disable BHoM temporarily without uninstalling it and restore the behavior afterward.
