ETABS adapter not working on a specific machine

#### Description:
When using 'Pull', 'Push', or 'Move' ETABS adapter commands, Grasshopper cannot execute the command properly. FIY: using Robot 2025, ETABS 22, Rhino 8 running on NET Framework and BHoM 9.1.1.0

#### Steps to reproduce:
example for 'Push' command:

1. create a beam in ROBOT
2. pull the beam from ROBOT
3. create ETABS adapter
4. try to push the beam to ETABS:

error message:
_Bar could not be pulled_

Note that
1. this issue is specific to my laptop. The process can be completed without issue on different machines.
2. this error is particularly surprising, given that the command is to push, not pull.

#### Expected behaviour:
the beam gets successfully exported to ETABS
