#### Description:
The #503 PR moved away from using the documented way of starting ETABS, using the helper.CreateObjectProgID(programId);, and instead pointing to installed versions of ETABS.
Ideally, the helper.CreateObjectProgID(programId); method should be used.
The issue should be investigated to check why it is not possible to use this principle to start up the software.
