ETABS converter Fragment assigning to bar object

I am trying to assign pier label to columns and walls by fragment method.
It works for walls but fails for columns.

The codes are similar, both iBHoMObject show i had attached a fragment,
however, only walls in output ETABS model have pier label assigned.
I wonder if it maybe the different between attaching fragment to? Would be grateful if anyone has similar problem and have solution on it.

Start by reproducing the fragment assignment for pier labels on columns and walls in the ETABS converter, using the examples and images in the issue. Compare the generated ETABS output to determine why walls receive the label while columns do not. Done means column output also contains the assigned pier label, with the existing wall behavior preserved.
