#### Description:
BHoM is currently not providing a native algorithm for splitting structural panels at intersections with lines and bars.
This feature is strongly demanded by structural teams worldwide who are currently forced to develop workarounds.
Note - possibly use the BH.Engine.Environment.Modify.Split() method as a benchmark/example.
