Geometry_Engine: Can't obtain points on ellipses

#### Description:

On pulling a wall from Revit that has an elliptical opening, I got some errors below. (The ellipse was read as 2 Nurbs curves).




#### Steps to reproduce:

Pull a wall from Revit that has an elliptical opening into Rhino,

#### Expected behaviour:

A way to obtain points at parameters on Nurbs curves obtained from ellipses.
