Geometry Engine: Shear Area for Free form profiles error

#### Description:

I am getting a big difference between what is being calculated for Asy and Asz in the BHoM, vs the SPC section property calculator.

#### Steps to reproduce:

Use test file, export geometry to a FEA section property calculator, compare the difference.

#### Expected behaviour:

For the shear area to match, or be within a reasonable degree of tolerance.
