Structure_Engine: Add descriptions for embodied carbon/review method workflow

#### What is missing/incorrect?

Add description to the embodied carbon method - note the units that it's expecting/outputting (as a short term measure if the quantities attributes aren't there (perhaps can solve both?)). We also need to be clear in the description on what methods/properties are being used internally (mass etc.).
