LCA_oM: Improve ObjectCategory enum and functionality

#### Description:

The current version is a placehold left there from previous versions of the oM.

Needs full refactoring and improvement.

Scope to follow some industry standard for things like this like RICS.

Also scope to add methods to help autodetect the classification for elements (like structural Bars being classified as vertical/horisontal frames, panels as slabs/roof etc) And also allow override with a fragment.

Could help with data filtering and summaries if this is actually turned on.

Also scope to add this to the MaterialResult class for cases where it is evaluated without being attached to an element.
