Description
Introduce the ability to move some departmental info between LSF to Smartsheets/Banner. Smartsheets is holding departmental information, such as position descriptions and allocations, which are needed in LSF to do things like check if departments are out of compliance and over/under allocations. SSDT will need to register an API key for Smartsheets (i.e., Work with IT and SmartSheets).
