Room Resolution: special scheduling internal server error

Room Resolution UI: If a course has a special schedule, we assign it the schedule ID ZZZ. These classes are still appearing on the Room Resolution list. When you click “Resolve” for them, they internal server error. We should either a\) Not show them on Room Resolution list, or b\) handle them on the following UI to let them pick a schedule.
