Post room pref alrogithm- editing classes

In CAS, Judy is attempting to assign rooms to classes \(this is after the algorithm has run\). She asked if she could edit/add classes while she was doing this. Not knowing the answer to her question, I logged in and tried. Sure enough, on the /courses page, the edit button was there and the “Schedule a new class” button was at the bottom. So, I told her “Yes, you can do all these things”.
So she tried. It didn’t work. Internal Server Error.

Either she needs to be able to edit and add classes at her leisure as an admin, or those buttons need to not appear when we are in the “post room preferences” state. I do not remember which choice we made when we designed this.
