Rightclick on timed actionlist

You have to open actionlists manually.

Rightclick on the "Start timed actionlist id" to add dropdown menu with "Open Timed Actionlist".
Which opens a new tab with the Actionlist

**Additional context**

Start from the editor UI that displays the "Start timed actionlist id" entry and inspect how actionlists are opened in a new tab. Add a right-click menu with "Open Timed Actionlist" and verify that selecting it opens the referenced actionlist in a new tab.
