[Feature] Make „smart edit” tool window opened by default

Smart Edit tool window is hidden by default and probably a lot of users do not know about it. It could be opened by default and in case someone does not like it, it can be easily closed.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
„Smart Edit” tool window should be opened by default.

Locate the code that creates or registers the Smart Edit tool window and the application startup or workspace initialization entry point. Run the editor to verify the window is hidden initially, then confirm that a fresh launch opens it by default and that it can still be closed.
