Description

**Describe the bug**
Launched the program for the first time and clicked "Creature Script" from the quick access menu. Infinite script loading. In the list of tasks running in the background, the step "Loading loot" is marked - "Done in less than 1 second". The step "Loading script ..." is executed infinitely.

P.S. I config the DBC path to `%TrinityCoreBinFiles%/dbc/ruRU` because with default /dbc path app throws an error `Can't find SpellName.db2`

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Launch the app
2. Config DBC path to ruRU locale
3. Try to load Creature Script 30299 'Overseer Narvir'

**Expected behavior**
Script editor just works.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Creature Script 30299 load through the quick access menu with the DBC path set to ruRU, then inspect the steps reported as “Loading loot” and “Loading script ...”. Compare this with the default /dbc configuration; done means the Creature Script editor loads successfully for the non-enUS locale without an infinite loading step or missing SpellName.db2 error.
