[Feature] Manually trigger update via context menu

I just realized i cannot update until i restart the editor when I just declined the update to test something really quick (which didnt require an update)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
In most softwares you can check for updates for an option in the `Help` context menu
e.g. in Navicat, Visual Studio


Start by locating the editor's Help context menu and the existing update-check flow. Add a manual update-check action alongside the other Help options, allowing users to check again after declining an update. Done means the action is visible and triggers the existing update process without restarting the editor.
