I just installed cqui along with these mods:
- District Changes
- NQBalance
- War Mod
- AI +
However, I don't believe any of them modify the religion screen.
I just got faith from an early relic and I can not select a pantheon. Clicking the button makes the sound but nothing appears.
I'm on macOS with the latest patch.
Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

Research direction
Reproduce the failure on macOS with CQUI and the listed mods, then start at the religion screen and inspect the pantheon button behavior. Compare the screen with the mods enabled and disabled; done means clicking the button opens the pantheon selection so a pantheon can be chosen.
