Converting all pop-ups into notifications in the sidebar

Hello,

is it possible to convert all pop-ups, including the civic/tech and boost pop-ups,, to a simple notification in the sidebar? Like when you found a village: The typical sound accurs (in this case the sound of civic/tech completion etc.), notifies you and an icon apears on the right sidebar. That's it. No pop-up, no voice, no quotes etc.. Simply: "Your civic/tech xy get a boost/is completed", when I click/hover the icon in the sidebar. It could even be possible that the icon in the sidebar appeas and _only when_ you click on it the pop-up appears.

Reason is that I find all pop-ups really annoying. Unfortunatly the mod leaves the boost (Eureka/Inspiration) pop-ups. But you cannot simply remove it because than you lack accuring information. But in similar games they use the sidebar for the notifications and _not_ an annoying pop-up-spam.

Secondly, is there a possibility to remove the wonder-completion and wonder-found screen? As example: When I find a wonder, I also only want the icon in the sidebar and this glowing effect/sound but not this screen appearing, centering the camera and interrupting the game flow. Same with the wonder-completion movie: The wonder should be completed like a district: It is there when it is complete. Nothing more. No movie, no quote.
