URS: Show turns for Production and Growth on Yields Report

Add two completion-time columns to the Production and Food column sets on the Yields Report. Expand the titles across the full column sets for clarity.

Super bonus points for expanding the reports to the full screen width and adding all kinds of useful data.

Locate the Yields Report implementation and the Production and Food column sets, then inspect how their titles and completion-time values are assembled. Done means both sets show the requested completion-time columns, titles span their full sets for clarity, and the report layout remains usable.
