Description

I think it would be great to have something where you could disable the different era lighting of the game (dark age, normal, golden)

Making it optional to disable AND/OR select one to be on full time would probably also be pretty cool.

Of course even if you consider adding something like this, I would completely agree to wait for the R&F version of CQUI to be fully released, and probably even wait until the soon to be released patch ( https://steamcommunity.com/games/289070/announcements/detail/1657763842732500648 ) has also been taken care of, if that were to raise any new issues/bugs.

And as usual, many thanks to all those involved in keeping this project rolling!

Research direction

The issue does not identify a file, test, or entry point. First inspect the CQUI UI code responsible for Civilization VI era lighting, then determine how lighting preferences are represented and applied; done means the requested disable or fixed-era behavior works without disrupting the existing lighting modes.
