Description

just a crazy idea -
I often write my current policy cards info on a piece of paper to be able to look at them quickly, without going to some menus.
I have 2 monitors, I am thinking it would be nice to just have this info on my 2nd monitor...

maybe a flexible solution could be having "docked" panels with this info that I could drag on the screen to any corner, and then if I can spread Civ 6 window to take BOTH of my monitors, then my screen real estate will be big enough to show my map on 1.5 screens, and leave the remaining 0.5 screen to display current policy info "Panel" or whatever other info that can be put in a panel. say, units list, etc.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify which information panels are in scope and how docking, dragging, resizing, and multi-monitor behavior should work, then locate the existing policy-card or units-list UI. Done means the agreed panels can be docked and positioned as specified without obscuring the map.
