Add tooltip to launchbar research when collapsed

With the addition of #521, the research icons have become somewhat harder to identify. To help counteract this, I feel we should add a tooltip to these icons when the launchbar is collapsed

Start by reviewing the collapsed launchbar research icons and the changes referenced by issue #521. Add a tooltip for those icons only when the launchbar is collapsed, then verify that the tooltip identifies each research icon without changing expanded behavior.
