We have to update the modinfo

1. There are new incompatible mods we (should) known
2. Some of the mods get new Ids when published on Steam Workshop

Locate the modinfo file and inspect how incompatible mods are listed and how Steam Workshop identifiers are recorded. Compare the current entries with the known incompatible mods and their published Workshop IDs; done means the list and IDs are updated, though the issue does not name specific mods or a test.
