Further streamlining the new simplified menu

Can the simplified menu be accessible from both “Clusters” and “Clouds” in the Kubernetes extension pane (on the left)?

IMO, the cluster in the Clusters section is the same as the cluster in the Clouds section, but they are not in the extension, and the user needs to make a conscious effort to get to the “Develop & Deploy” menu option from the Clouds section and not Cluster.

Additionally, it would be great to access the new menu structure from the source code explorer as well. As of today a user can right-click from the explorer and only see a subset of AKS extension menu options. But IMO it would be better to have a consistent menu experience without needing to go through so many clicks.
