Docs improvement - simplified AKS menu structure

This [doc](https://azure.github.io/vscode-aks-tools/features/simplified-menu-structure.html) describes how to enable the simplified menu structure but does not explain how/where to make this setting change.

Need to include instructions or point to existing VS Code instructions to make this easier for users who are not familiar with making these types of settings changes.
